At Wally's Wine & Spirits, we stand behind the quality of our curated collection and strive for your complete satisfaction with every bottle. While we cannot accept returns on opened products due to health and safety regulations, we are happy to assist with exchanges or refunds on damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Customer Support
Reach out to our concierge team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request for damaged or incorrect shipments.
- 2.Provide Documentation
Submit clear photographs of the damaged bottle, the cork, and the original packaging to help us process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Secure the Shipment
If an exchange is approved, carefully repackage the unopened item in its original shipping container to ensure it arrives back at our cellar safely.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our sommeliers inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bottle immediately.
